Believe in Yourself
Make It Happen
Does your light mean something to somebody other than yourself?
How It all began
In life we often wonder what our calling is and how we can become the best we can be. My name is Chyanne (middle name-Eve) and I discovered my purpose in life in 2014, immediately following the birth of my son, Milan. I started my journey with aspirations to be the best mom, companion, family woman and friend. For me, being the best woman for those in my close-knit circle meant transforming my mind and body into the best shape of my life. I have faced many challenges along the way, however, with faith in God, confidence in myself, seeking knowledge, putting in time, discipline and being consistent (well, most of the time:))-I have accomplished my short term goals. But, living a healthy life doesn’t end once a desired goal is reached. It’s a lifestyle that requires consistency and there’s always room for improvement.
Who is Chyanne Eve?
For the first 16 years of my life, I absolutely hated my name. I started to appreciate it when I realized that there weren’t many people with my name and for the people who do have my name-they don’t have the same story as me. My life gives my name it’s uniqueness and nobody can change that.
I grew up as a little tom-boy, the most competitive girl in my school-beating most of the boys in every activity possible during recess and P.E. I didn’t really care to hang out with the girls because I knew the boys would make me a better competitor. As a matter of fact, a lot of the girls would make fun of me because of my athleticism and the way I carried myself. One day, one of them even spit in my face while I was walking in the locker room (7th grade). I ran off and cried with confusion because although I never hung out with the girls, I was nice to them. After I cried, later on that night, I decided that was the last time anyone would bully me.
I found my drive to succeed through sports. I was a three sport athlete in high school playing volleyball, basketball and softball and graduating with an average 3.8 G.P.A. I went on to college and played my favorite sport, basketball and eventually graduated with my Arts of Associates degree. I continued my studies with a bachelor degree in health administration, but found my passion in health and fitness through competing in bodybuilding competitions in the bikini category. I first stepped on stage 7 months after giving birth to my son and I have competed as a Nationally qualified Bikini competitor in 8 competitions. Being on stage is my “playground” and I aspire to be a professional bikini competitor in the near future.
Why am I here?
You’ll never see a U-Haul truck behind a Hearst.
Life is not about what or how much you have, it’s about what you do with what you have-with your tangible objects, your knowledge and talents. Living a purposeful life leads to success and following your passion leads to success and happiness. If you do what you love and love what you do, your potential is endless.
I recently transitioned from corporate America to being a business owner in the health and fitness arena in hopes that I can inspire and awaken the hearts of others to achieve their lifestyle goals. My passion and setting the example of living a healthy life through exercise and nutrition and being a continuous student to the industry is how I will lead you through your journey with me. Not only do I want to help you achieve successful results, but I also want to empower you with knowledge you can apply for years to come. I didn’t do it all alone and I certainly don’t expect you to.
There’s a saying that goes like this, “If you hang around the barbershop long enough, sooner or later you’re going to get a haircut.”
Like so, if you put in time and effort to bettering your health, sooner or later you’re going to get results. I dare you to take a risk on you. Taking a risk is about knowing what you know and knowing what you don’t know. You owe it to yourself to step outside your comfort zone and challenge your idea of a healthy life. Nothing is worthwhile unless you take risks. Nothing.
Welcome to my website and I look forward to helping you see that a healthy lifestyle is awaiting you!
